Excellent hot pot with a huge sauce section, great quality ingredients, and possibly the best service I've had at any restaurant, ever!Haodilao is apparently a huge Hot Pot chain from China known for their incredible service and I can definitely see why.The broths are delicious, with my favourite being the laksa - highly recommend if you like coconut milk/ Thai curries.While they don't have the biggest meat selection, there's definitely enough to satisfy your cravings and the quality is top notch.

I'm giving this place a 4/5 because this was my first time getting Hot Pot, and I realized it's not my thing. Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious, the service was incredible, and the atmosphere was outstanding. The price is a little on the expensive side though I have to say and I probably wouldn't go again because the food options aren't what I usually go for. I definitely recommend this place for Hot Pot lovers because they do really have great food here, would recommend to others.

What a great hotpot experience and excellent service from Noah who waited upon us. He had great energy and was very attentive to all our needs. The noodle maker’s performance when we asked for noodles was applause worthy. Overall, it made for a splendid evening!

This was an absolutely amazing experience! Great food and great service.The most incredible server, named Jonathan, completed the experience with his energy and great aura, that just made us feel very comfortable during our dinner!

1st time having dinner in Haidilao Toronto. Been to Haidilao in another country though. Food is superb as always, and the service (as you might already know) is awesome. Anna was the one helped us with the food preparation and serving, and she also ensured us that everything went well. She was so friendly and nice, thanks Anna! Overall it was a good experience and we don’t mind coming here again for sure.

We visited Haidilao Hot Pot for the very first time and had an amazing experience. When we first entered, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful and then we were seated at our table. Our server Fer was the kindest and she was so attentive and helpful! She helped us learn the menu and even recommended us to try lots of delicious items! She really helped us enjoy our experience and even took a polaroid to commemorate our first time at Haidilao! I was smiling the whole time because the food was so delicious and the atmosphere was so welcoming and nice. My favourite was the pork; it was so tasty with the tomato broth and cooked so quickly. I love the option to pick 4 different soup bases because we all wanted to try different ones. I can't wait to come back to this location!I highly recommend the tomato broth and be sure to let the staff know that you love it! (There might be a surprise if you do!)

Great food, great atmosphere and absolutely amazing service by server Ander. He has gone above and beyond with our table and he was very quick on his feet and recommended us what's a good dessert to get.The food was excellent and I think was worth the price. Although like some people say, I would recommend writing down what you want to get beforehand as it does add up fast.I would also recommend reserving as it may take 2 hours for walk ins.

This is a place that you need to starve yourself a full day to get the most out of, and it is definitely worth it in the end. It's famous for the service, which was incredible at this location. If you have glasses they provide lens cleaning wipes, and if you have long hair they will provide hair ties as well. The iPad ordering system is incredibly convenient and the options are very nice.Tips: Reserve a table ahead of time since there will always be a line. Also be sure to learn some of their special phrases to get free stuff. For example we said 你看我们这桌的小朋友可爱吗 Look! Isn't our table's lil friend cute? (or you can say it about yourself) and they'll give you a toy. You can find phrases for free fruit or sauce etc.

Haidilao is a famous hotpot chain and Toronto’s first location does a pretty good job to meet its high standard. Prices are higher than other hotpot spots in the city, though you do get premium items and very good service here.The sauce bar has great variety and some complimentary snacks. You can choose up to 4 soup bases - I do find them overly oily but that is usual for hotpot. There is a vegan base as well, which I found least oily.The menu is very extensive - a ton of high quality items. I suggest going with a big group to try everything! Definitely order the noodles to get a cool hand pulled show.The restaurant is very big (4 floors) however has a cramped feeling since each floor is narrow. The overall aesthetic feels very clean & sterile; almost like a hospital than a restaurant. The private rooms are nice for larger groups, as long you pass their minimum spend. However again, they do feel like a cramped meeting room.Overall the service is very attentive and helpful for newcomers. With the price point, it’s a great place for an occasion.

Our server was Jonathan and he is by far the best waiter I’ve ever had! We came to Toronto for a day and he gave not only amazing service but also a list of places to go to while we were in Toronto. Food was amazing and Jonathan made the experience that much better! Definitely going to be a returning customer when I go back to Toronto.
